“My musical style has always been experimental, I’ve never liked to box myself into certain genres so I would say my sound hasn’t really differed, it’s just progressed in terms of improvement in quality. I would say the way I’m writing and the people I’m now working with has definitely elevated my music in general”

WE BET YOU GET ASKED THIS A LOT BUT, Where did the Munroe part of your name DERIVE FROM?
“It’s on my birth certificate and it is my mothers maiden name, everyone thinks I copied Marilyn but I didn’t"
What’s your favourite music video and why?
“That’s a really hard question because there is so many good music videos out there, but I’m going to go with the one that I most recently saw and I watched this like four times in one day because it was just so sick. It’s the new Pharrell song “Cash In Cash Out” and the visuals are just crazy, it must have took them months to create”
